About Eiléen
From what started as a passionate hobby and love for personal branding, Eiléen went on to earn her International Makeup Association (IMA) Fashion & Photographic Diploma and an IMA Makeup Application Certificate at the London School of Beauty & Makeup.
She uses her expertise to teach professional and private makeup application lessons and advise on various fashion and media projects.
After moving to Dubai in 2008 from NY via London, Eiléen has worked on a number of makeup opportunities including several seasons working backstage before being selected by L’Oréal as the Makeup Director for Dubai Fashion Week and continuously contributes her beauty expertise to several local and international publications.
Eiléen has recently begun using her practical and user- friendly approach to timeless beauty for every woman and continues to educate herself on the latest product and fashion trends via masterclasses and collaborative workshops.

Beauty experience:
- Advises the cosmetic and beauty industry on branding, products, application and trends
- Produces, trains, manages and leads teams for global brands, special event companies and makeup schools
- Selected as the L’Oréal Makeup Director for the Fall ’08 Dubai Fashion Week for the shows working with about 30 local designers and managing a team of over 20 makeup artists while coordinating hairstyles with the Jacques Dessange team after working on previous DFW shows (All DFW seasons included new product demonstrations with the public as well as backstage makeup high-fashion application)
- Taught professional and private makeup application courses at the Jemma Kidd Makeup School in the UK and managed teams of makeup artists for JKMS sponsored fashion shows and public events
- Selected as the local ME spokesperson for Evian Brumi ME in 2008 and Slendertone Face (using EMS technology) for 2010
- Freelance editor and beauty expertise contributor to several local and international publications including Emirates Woman, Khaleej Times, Ahlan, Desert Fish, What’s On?, Stuff, White Magazine, Marie Claire, Time Magazine, Organic Style and StyleStar.com among others
- Developed the Beauty division for Organic Style, an online organic lifestyle brand for the US and UK
- Celebrity clients include Agyness Deyn, Albert Hammond Jr., Duncun James, Gerard Butler, Vivienne Tam, Jemma Kidd, Brand New Heavies lead singer N’Dea Davenport, Clive Davis recording artist Loralye and others
- Advanced Advertising Studies program sponsored by the American Association of Advertising Agencies (the AAAA’s intensive 16-week professional course)
